Head chef and owner Adam Bailey was classically trained by Ricardo Arias at the Richard Regalado Pizza School in London.



An instant convert to the methods used and process employed by this world renowned master pizza chef, Adam genuinely loves making great pizza and is always happy to talk shop with customers whenever he’s not stretching, topping and launching pizza.

Front of house is a family affair, with Siobhan looking after Mozzarella Fellas customers from cradle to grave (excuse the pun!) Whether it be giving advice on our menu, dealing with any questions or helping you to use our booking App, Siobhan is a key player in the Mozzarella Fellas family.



From time to time we’ll use one of our many soldiers to take over or help with front of house, so if you or anyone you know feel that you’ve got what it takes to step up and be part of our awesome team, let us know!
