Built entirely by hand in Italy, our Pavesi Joy oven is the original monoblock cooktop, made to last and ensure the best performance out of any other oven on the market.
Able to cook 4 pizzas at any one time in a completely temperature controlled environment, unlike other mobile pizzerias we are able to cook for you regardless of the weather, which sometimes can be an issue.
Pavesi Ovens are built to last using the worlds only 1 piece floor helping to eradicate cold spots allowing our chefs to deliver the perfect bake each and every time.
Striking in appearance, economical in consumption and phenomenal to cook in, we’re really proud of our oven and love showing it off.
